Order Processing Time

All standard orders require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing does 
not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes:
1–5 business days (depending on your location and the shipping method selected).

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders

Some items may be available for pre-order.
Please note:

Pre-orders require 1–2 weeks for processing and shipping.

The time frame may vary depending on product availability and production.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the extended wait time.

Returns & Refunds

We value quality and want every customer to have the best experience with our hair. We understand that hiccups can happen.

If you receive hair that is defective, damaged, or not up to our quality standards:

Contact us immediately by sending a message to @sereyabeaute on Instagram.

We will conduct an investigation to determine the issue.

If approved, we will either:

Refund your money, or

Send you new hair

The hair must be returned for any refund or replacement to be processed.

Refund Window

Refunds are not available after 5 days of you receiving your product.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within this timeframe.
